To be in absolute peak physical condition is not just an advantage, it could be the difference between life and death. Our training regime is both gruelling and relentless. As a keen rugby union player (prop forward) I suffer from all the usual aches, strains and joint pains. That was, until Nikki kindly sent us a pair of wristbands to wear to aid healing and speed up recovery.

To be brutally honest I was never convinced in the technology of these products. How wrong was I? From the first few hours of wearing the wristband, the stiffness seemed to lift from my joints and I trained to a higher level of punishment.
